Check out this gorgeous look that brightens things up with a bright purple liner on the bottom waterline. I know the girl sporting this looks has blue eyes but I have a feeling that if you have brown eyes with a hint of gold or yellow in them, the purple would really highlight those beautiful colors and make your eyes look totally gorgeous!

Pop of Blue
